揭开南宁地铁智能化应用的神秘面纱

Nanning is the political, economic, cultural and commercial center of Guangxi, the core city of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, and a regional international city facing ASEAN countries. As one of the largest modernized traffic projects in the history of urban construction, Nanning metro rail transit is also a large-scale infrastructure construction project to improve urban functions and enhance urban grade.

The eastern extension of Nanning Metro Line 4 and Nanning Metro Line 2 will be put into operation on November 23, according to the official announcement. Previously, Oumin Electronics provided ABB I-BUS intelligent lighting control solution for Nanning Metro Line 3, Line 4 and Line 2 East Extension Project, which provided feasible measures for Nanning Metro's energy saving and emission reduction and lighting needs.




The intelligent lighting system of Nanning Metro adopts ABB KNX/EIB distributed bus intelligent lighting control system, which forms an integrated system through KNX/EIB special cable connection in each platform, station hall, entrance and exit area. Through the KNX/EIB central control software can display the working state of all equipment and control the operation. At the same time, it can be connected to the integrated control of the station integrated management monitoring system by KNX/ModbusRTU, and the guide rail of the KNX/EIB output control device is installed in the corresponding distribution box in the lighting distribution room.




Among them, ABB 0-10V dimming controller can dimming control the lighting in public area at different time periods and in different working modes, so as to realize the energy saving demand and illumination demand in different time periods. The current detection switch module can effectively detect and control the guide lighting and advertising light box, and provide alarm error information when there is any abnormality in the loop (lamp damage, line fault), so as to facilitate the maintenance of the staff on duty. Each lighting loop is connected to a channel of the KNX/EIB output control device for switching, scene and linkage control of the corresponding loop.




The input equipment of the KNX/EIB system is installed at the corresponding control position in each area. The control of the area or outside the area includes single lighting loop, multi-loop switch, scene control, etc. At the same time, the total switch control of the area can also be carried out. ABB luminance sensor is used for automatic control of station entrance and exit lighting. The illumination of the entrance and exit can be changed with the change of outdoor sunlight. When the illumination of the entrance and exit is lower than the set value, the light will be automatically turned on or adjusted to its brightness. When the illumination is higher than the set value, the light will be automatically turned off or adjusted to its brightness, and the indoor light will be constant illumination. The ABB brightness sensor can be locked by other events as a trigger during the train shutdown at night, which can save energy.




The ticket hall is equipped with ABB intelligent panel control switch, which is convenient for administrators or staff to manually control the station lighting in any form according to the needs of the switch and scene control.




Visualization software is installed in the central control room. The visualization software is a simple and easy-to-use menu structure that displays all control objects on the screen through a friendly interface. All lighting loops are graphically displayed on the plane of each region according to their actual positions. The real-time switch status is displayed on the graph for easy observation. By clicking the graph switch or scene switch of each loop, the lighting of each region can be turned on or off, and its status is also clearly displayed on the screen.




Scenario mode control is used in the project. According to the needs of subway operation, the lights or other electrical equipment in the controlled area can be pre-set as various scenes. When necessary, it can be controlled by the touch screen in the control room, central control software and intelligent panel control, automatic time control, etc. Underground stations operate in eight modes: operation mode, power-saving mode, fire mode, stop-operation mode, dimming mode, arrival mode, departure mode and festival mode.




In order to achieve environmental protection and energy saving, improve the automatic management level of the station without affecting the illumination of the station, the lighting of the station is controlled by LED dimming. When the train enters and leaves the station, it is controlled by the BAS system and the ABB I-BUS intelligent lighting system. When entering the station, lighten the illumination continuously (time adjustable) to the preset value to provide sufficient ambient light brightness for passengers to enter and exit, and when leaving the station, dimmer the illumination continuously (time adjustable) to the preset value to maintain the basic ambient light brightness. ABB I-BUS intelligent lighting system can convert control signals into MODBUS protocol signals through Lengen gateway, and integrate linkage control with the station comprehensive monitoring system to realize the exchange of different scene modes.




In recent years, with the progress of science and technology and the development of computer integration technology. Nanning Metro urban track adopts advanced intelligent system technology which can simulate human behavior to implement emission reduction and lighting management. Compared with traditional control and management, intelligent solutions can greatly improve operation management and information service and other functions. In the future, more and more subway lines will be opened, and its intelligent system will become more and more mature, which brings more convenience to people's life.
